A Word About Prices
We are not the cheapest villa in Cyprus but we believe we offer the best value. We try and keep our price as all inclusive and good value as possible. Your holiday is a luxury purchase and you shouldn't be nickel and dimed with a lot of extra charges. For this reason, unlike others, we do not charge extra for the end of let cleaning, air conditioning, use of all of the bedrooms, linen, towels including pool towels or any utilities. We even include a very generous starter grocery pack to get your holiday off to a good start. It contains beer, wine, soft drinks, juice, milk, tea, coffee, sugar, fresh bread, butter, jam, cold meat and cheese, cereals, salad vegetables. We always have the house stocked with condiments and store cupboard items, cleaning items, hand soap and a supply of kitchen and toilet rolls, dishwasher detergent and other cleaning materials. We carry a supply of sun tan creams, pool toys, even water wings. It all adds up to savings for you. The excellence of the grocery pack is one of the little differences most commented on by our guests - a great start to a great holiday.
Prices
1st November 2025 - 31st March 2026 £1100 per week
1st April 2026- 30th April 2026 £1650 per week
1st May 2026- 30th September 2026 £1900 per week
1st October 2026 - 30th October 2026 £1640 per week
1st November 2026- 31st March 2027 £1100 per week
In addition a security deposit of £200 is levied. This is repaid to you less any allowance for damage, within 2 weeks of your return from holiday. Some guests prefer to pay by instalment, in which case, we can agree an interest free payment plan.
Air conditioning is included in the rental up to an allowance of £80 per week. This is perfectly adequate in normal conditions but will not be if you leave it on all day or leave bedroom doors and windows open while it is running. Energy costs are rising all over the world and in a spirit of conservation, we do reserve the right to subtract an allowance for excessive use of the air conditioning from the security deposit should it be necessary. In 19 years of hosting we have only ever had to do it twice.
Changeover Day:,
We try to be flexible—just ask. We ask that you do not arrive at the villa before 4pm and that you vacate the villa by 11 am. If this is going to give you difficulty, please talk to us in advance and we will do our best to help.
