We had a 7 hour flight delay but all was forgotten when we arrived at Rockheart and collapsed into your very comfy beds.  We all loved the house.  It is extremely well furnished (I love your style), comfortable and well equipped.  We like to cook and there was everything we needed—it soon felt like home!  Just adore your beautiful ceramic bowls by the way.  Every other aspect was all we could wish for and we spent many hours on the lovely terrace enjoying long lunches and moonlit suppers.  The house is in a lovely location and we enjoyed the morning walks up to Ilgaz—that was a bonus.  You have a lovely home and I wish you a long happy retirement there.

We had an absolutely fabulous time in Cyprus, it was just what we needed!  I’m hoping we’ll be able to go again next year.  It’s such a perfect location for exploring and I’m looking forward to going again when the kids are older so that we can explore the castles!  I can’t think of anything that could be improved really, the villa was in tip top shape and had everything we needed.  Marion had done a great job in getting us a cot, high chair, formula and nappies.  Thanks for everything again!.  I’m wishing we were still there!  I’m working on Andy....... There were a few properties I liked the look of!!!! Teeheee!

We have had a magnificent holiday on the island with nice weather and temperature and also the house was great.  For sure it is in our top three anywhere now and we have stayed in a lot of houses!  All four of us loved the pool and we lived most of the day either inside/outside near the pool or the great kitchen.  We have some ideas to come back next year at the end of April, please let us know availability.

Just a quick note to say what a fantastic time we had at Villa Rockheart. There were eight of us altogether as we went with all four grandparents. They went on various trips that were recommended by other guests who have stayed and written in your very useful guestbook. Sevener car hire you recommended were fantastic and picked us up from Larnaca and took us back for a very reasonable price and the hire car was at the villa when we arrived. Your property manager looked after us very well and was able to answer any questions we had and I am sure if we had had any problems they would have been no trouble for her. The whole holiday went smoothly without any problems and the villa was exceptional. Our children have both learnt to swim in your pool and we had trouble getting them out in the evening. I wanted a quiet holiday by the pool in the sun and that is exactly what I got and more, we will be going back. Thank you

What a wonderful location!  The views were just breathtaking, especially the view from the kitchen sink which made washing up less of a chore!  The villa was well equipped with everything we needed and all in good working order.  We all had a wonderful time at Villa Rockheart, you have a lovely property. We will certainly recommend Villa Rockheart to our friends and family.

We had a fantastic three week holiday at Villa Rockheart.  The villa was clean, comfortable and very spacious and in the most perfect setting.  As you know, we changed our flights so that we could stay at your villa - we were not disappointed.  Three weeks was still not long enough - we really did not want to go home!  We made a day trip to the tip of the Karpas Peninsular - it took us almost 5 hours to get there via the scenic route which included some unmade roads and through some very quiet villages with no sign of life and some very unclear direction signs! The scenery and mountain views on the way back via Kantara were breathtaking.  Your guidebook to Northern Cyprus was our little bible for the duration of our stay! Your recommendation of restaurants was excellent and we did try many different ones too.  Our particular favourite was The Address for both food and great service.  Very friendly waiters - clever too - how did they know our daughter's name is "Princess"!! Our thanks again, Alison, for all your help in making our stay in your villa an enjoyable experience.

Just to let you know that the whole family had a fantastic time on holiday in North Cyprus. We all really enjoyed staying at your beautiful villa, it felt like a home from home. I particularly enjoyed having a cold beer on the veranda , it was really relaxing with the cool breeze from the mountain. The kids had to be literally dragged out of your pool , which by the way is a perfect depth for children.  I would not hesitate to recommend your villa for hire to anyone, it really is value for money. I know: I spent many hours researching villas for hire in Cyprus before deciding on your place! The location is superb also, away from it all but also within driving distance of all amenities. Once again thanks for all your help, for making the whole process so simple. An absolute pleasure to have dealt with you. If we holiday in Cyprus again we will certainly consider staying at Villa Rockheart .

Just a note to say thanks we had a great time .... your villa is fab you are so lucky !!! Marion is a god send ...... i have never known an agent to be so helpful ...she was full of information, tips and advice, we had a slight problem with the water but Marion sorted it very swiftly... and nothing was too much for her ....... her knowledge of the local area was invaluable and we took several of her suggestions and they were great.... from shopping top eating , places to visit and places to avoid she was spot on and a credit to you !!!! We had a great time the villa ,the views, the service, can’t fault it, my only complaint is we had to come home !!! Thanks again

We got back yesterday evening after a wonderful week in Cyprus. We enjoyed every minute exploring all the sights (apart from the far end of the Karpas peninsula as there wasn't enough time!) and were very comfortable in your peaceful villa which is in the most perfect setting and away from it all.  We also had a lovely day's walking  with the Hutchinsons, about 25 of us in the group. Everything inc car hire went very well. Your garden was also in full bloom and quite delightful.
